Classes/Workshops with Mena Domina
All classes can be modified for events,participants and setting
Classes run 1 hour -1.5 hours but can be modified longer or shorter for time requests
Open to the public group classes: $25 USD per person 1 hour
Private lesson: $75-100 per hour
Private group lesson: $30 per person (4 person minimum) 1 hour
Group Class at your event (included in event admission for participants): based on negation starting at $250 per hour (undefined number of participants groups of 10 or more)

Movement and expression of burlesque dance
Technique and combos for burlesque moves and seductive movement
Can be formatted for all levels and dance backgrounds
“Hips & Booty”
Finding fluidity and juicy movement with hips and booty moves
Technique and combos including bumps,rolls, isolations and more
Can be formatted for all levels and dance backgrounds
“Slow, Serpentine Seduction”
Snakelike moves and slow seductive movements and expression
Technique and combos including arms,hips, undulations and more
Can be formatted for all levels and dance backgrounds
“Connecting with your Audience”
Be it an audience of thousands or and audience of one. Exercise ways to connect with your audience and your music through eye contact,facial expression body language and movement

“Applying Bellydance Movement to Burlesque”
Learn to adapt bellydance/middle eastern fusion dance movements and technique to burlesque performance.
Disguise your isolations and shimmies into bumps and grinds.
Can be formatted for all levels and dance backgrounds however previous beelydance/middle eastern fusion dance experience recommended
“Wig and Hairstyling for Stage”
Basics for hair and wig car and styling for stage. Hands on class when done locally(ABQSanta Fe) supplies provided.

This workshop will lead you through fun and sassy dance moves, exercises and character movement from the art of Burlesque with extra attention and focus on eye gaze and focus . Followed by a brief dicussion/ q&a about burlesque. Be prepared to move. Suggested attire moveable clothing and (optional) bring a pair of character shoes,salsa shoes or heels you can dance in.
